TEIJO multi-stage cleaning machine and Ultrasonic cleaning tank
At our facility, we use ultrasonic cleaning tanks, which offer an effective solution for both the power generation and marine industries. Our ultrasonic cleaning tanks are designed to clean both small engine parts, like fuel injectors, and larger components such as pistons, intercoolers, and cylinder heads.
In addition, we employ automated TEIJO multi-stage cleaning machines. These machines utilize a rotary spray system that applies hot cleaning liquid onto stationary parts within a single chamber, ensuring thorough and efficient cleaning.
Metal lathes
Our workshop is equipped with various machining equipment, enabling us to recondition and repair marine diesel engines with precision. We restore worn components, perform precision repairs, and maintain critical parts like crankshafts and turbochargers, ensuring optimal engine performance and longevity.

Chris-Marine Electric Fuel Pumps Grinding Machine / FPG
In our workshop, we utilize FPG to grind electric fuel pumps and fuel valve components for diesel engines. Its robust design and integrated features allow us to quickly achieve high-quality grinding results for all electric fuel pumps.
Krewema HFDM CNC lathe machine
This machine is designed for a variety of industrial applications, offering reliable and efficient performance for complex machining tasks. In our workshop, it is also used for cleaning, balancing, and replacing worn components in turbochargers, ensuring their efficient operation.
Stardex Automatic test bench for any Common Rail injectors
This versatile machine can test both electromagnetic and piezo injectors, ensuring precise and reliable results. It supports various injector systems, including Bosch, Delphi, Denso, and Siemens (Continental), and offers both manual and automatic testing options. The HON A is an automatic honing machine designed to restore the geometry and surface structure of engine cylinder liners in medium-speed engines. Engineered for precision and efficiency, it ensures optimal performance and extended engine lifespan.
CIMAT turbocharger balancing machine
At our workshop, we use CIMAT horizontal balancing machine for turbine rotors. This machine is engineered for precise balancing of rotors across various sizes and applications. Our CIMAT balancer guarantee accurate and efficient balancing, which enhances the performance and reliability of turbine rotors.
Chris-Marine VSL, a portable valve seat lathe
At our workshop, we use the Chris-Marine VSL, a portable valve seat lathe specifically designed for in-situ machining of valve seats on 4-stroke diesel engines. This machine can effectively machine valve seats with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 230 mm and at angles between 0 and 50 degrees. The VSL is equipped with an electrically driven motor, adjustable rotation speed, and a self-centering pilot spindle, ensuring precise and efficient machining.
