Our ultrasonic cleaning tanks are designed to clean both small engine parts, like fuel injectors, and larger components such as pistons, intercoolers, and cylinder heads.
In addition, we employ automated TEIJO multi-stage cleaning machines. These machines utilize a rotary spray system that applies hot cleaning liquid onto stationary parts within a single chamber, ensuring thorough and efficient cleaning.

CIMAT turbocharger balancing machine
At our workshop, we use CIMAT horizontal balancing machine for turbine rotors. This machine is engineered for precise balancing of rotors across various sizes and applications. Chris-Marine VSL, a portable valve seat lathe
At our workshop, we use the Chris-Marine VSL, a portable valve seat lathe specifically designed for in-situ machining of valve seats on 4-stroke diesel engines. This machine can effectively machine valve seats with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 230 mm and at angles between 0 and 50 degrees. The VSL is equipped with an electrically driven motor, adjustable rotation speed, and a self-centering pilot spindle, ensuring precise and efficient machining.
